Pigmentary Uveitis

You need to become aware of this Golden Retriever eye disease. It is called Pigmentary uveitis. Your regular vet does not have the magnification at his/her office to diagnose this disease. Only a board Certified Ophthalmologist can see deeply enough into the eye to catch the early signs. Yearly eye exams are needed for your Golden's health. Early detection is the key to successful treatment!!!! Untreated the dogs will be in a lot of eye pain, pressure and eventual blindness. It is a must to clear your dog at age 4 and up.
