Angel is our special California girl. She came from The Dalane Kennel from Covina California. We so appreciate Jane Jensen, along with Paula Rowen and Gaby Moore, for placing Angel in our home. She is the result of decades of a careful breeding program and she is the offspring of two gorgeous show dogs, with great pedigrees and wonderful health.

Angel is truly lovely with her thick coat and blond furnishings, very ample bone and that wonderful head and expression. Her movement is correct, both her side gait and on the down and back. She is very affectionate and likes to nuzzle her head into your neck and push closely near to give a long cozy hug. Angel also likes to party and must be in sole possession of her favorite toy. She will leap tall buildings to be the first one to the red kong! Her body is well muscled and agile. No doubt, she is the perfect Golden Retriever and she melts hearts everywhere she goes.

When Angel was a little girl she won frequent placements in the puppy classes, and won Reserve Winners Bitch at Wine Country in Sept 2003 at six months of age. In March 2005, in the picture at the bottom, Angel won Reserve Winners Bitch under Judge Christine Miele. Below you will see a picture of her fourth place win at the Sandlapper Specialty 2005 the day after the Eastern Regional under Judge Nancy Talbot. She was groomed and expertly handled that day by Caroline Roetzer.
